What the checklist asks
It asks whether broad activities happen, such as site work, tools, own goods, third-party goods, transport payment and special use. It separately asks whether groups of information have been checked, need checking or are uncertain. It does not request a name, contact detail, address, postcode, registration, licence number, policy number, claim detail, offence, health information, payment information, document upload or text explanation.
Where answers go
Answers are used only by JavaScript in the current page to produce a visible worksheet. They are not written to cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, a URL, browser history, a server, an analytics tool, an LLM, a report or a Quotezone link. The page has no application form endpoint.
Use Clear answers to reset the form. Reloading the page starts a fresh state. The print function is a user-controlled browser action; a copy the user prints or saves is held by that user and cannot be deleted by the reset button.
External links
If you choose an affiliate link, you leave this website and open Quotezone. The checklist does not transfer answers to that site. The new visit is governed by Quotezone’s own terms and privacy information. External links in the local site use a no-referrer policy; the final public implementation must be checked against the actual affiliate contract before changing that behaviour.
Limits of this statement
This page describes this local static build. A public deployment could introduce a server, hosting logs, measurement, consent requirements or a contact channel. None are approved or represented here. Privacy wording must be revisited if those facts change.
